It is our intention to develop the organisation in the following way:
Company Incorporation – Limited by Shares. Immediate.
Charitable Incorporated Organisation – Set up as an Educational Foundation Grant Giving Trust using 15% of pre-tax profits to give £5,000 grants to charities who apply for support. We will also seek donations and wider sponsorship to help support our services being licensed for people, groups and organisations who cannot afford to access – or have other barriers to the service. This will include a marketing campaign/roadshow around towns and cities to market the option for an advanced freemium level of service. It will still require an application process.
